CONTEXT: Sandria is remembering, for her shrink, a time when she was ‘given’ to someone at high school, for him to have sex. In the parking lot, however, even though her old friend might want sex, he is unable to have sex with her because they have been friends so long. She thinks she is worthless, and walks home through the snow to her father, ‘and no one saw me come.’
NOTE: her friend had an accident and his face is covered with suture scars.
